Brief Biography: He died suddenly in Houston, Texas only 3 days after his brother died. He was a musician and was a teacher as well as an orchestra leader. He was associated with Hugh McNutt. One of his pupils Fitzhugh Green, became a commander in the United States Navy. Another pupil was Walter W. Head, former banker in St. Joseph who became head of a big insurance company in St. Louis and president of the Boy Scouts of America He was first married to Stella Rowena Douglas who preceded him in death Feb. 24, 1934. He was married at time of his death.
