| Brief Biography: Victoria Maxwell, 89, of St. Joseph, MO, died March 29, 1949 at her residence. She was born December 19, 1859. She was a member of the First Church of Christ, Scientist. She had lived in St. Joseph for nearly 60 years. Survivors include a son, Clarence Maxwell, with whom she lived; two stepsons, Edward Maxwell and Evans Maxwell; four stepdaughters, Myrtle I. Maxwell, Mrs. C.S. Copper, Mrs. Pearl Eastbourne, and Mrs. S.S. Sanger; and 5 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, William D. Maxwell. Interment was at Mount Mora Cemetery under the direction of Heaton Bowman Funeral Home. St. Joseph News-Press |
