Died in Kansas City, Stepmother of Rod Abercrombie was eighty-four years old. Mrs. Ella Abercromvie, a resident of St. Joseph for more than fifty years died yesterday in Kansas City at the home of a grandson. She was eighty-four years old and the widow of James Abercrombie, a stone contractor. She lived here until ten months ago. Rod Abercrombie is a step-son. The body was brought to Meirhoffer's mortuary and funeral services will be conducted by Rev. E.B. Whitcomb, pastor of the Westminster Presbyterian Church, of chich Mrs. Abercrombie was a member, tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock. Burial will be in Mount Mora cemetery. She is survived by a sister, Mrs. Lou Cooder, New Richmond, Ohio, and a brother Minor Magers, Chicago. |
